Moonship is a web-based experimentation platform. The Service allows you to create experiments, deploy variant changes to your website visitors, and analyze results.

To use the Service, you must sign in using a supported authentication provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

You retain ownership of any content, experiment configurations, and data you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Moonship a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Visitor Data

The Moonship snippet collects anonymous visitor data (variant assignments, impressions, and goal completions) using session storage. No personally identifiable information is collected by default. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable privacy laws and your own privacy policy.

7. Service Availability

Moonship is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
