Goals

Goals mark the key actions you want visitors to take — sign-ups, checkouts, or visits to a specific page. Once a goal is defined, Moonship counts completions and unique completions and uses them to power conversion-related signals and AI analysis.

Goal types

• Page visit — fires when a visitor loads a matching URL. Match by exact path, starts with a prefix, or contains a substring.
• Event — fires when a custom event you send with moonship.track() matches the goal's event name.

Create and manage goals on the Goals page. Each goal shows total and unique completions for the selected date range.
